Fun with Grandma & Grandpa

The kids had a great time playing with Grandma and Grandpa. And were both very sad when they left. Grandpa forgot his hat and Grandma forgot her fingernail polish remover. We are holding them hostage and they have to come back to get them.

We made it to Seattle. We had a great ferry ride and bought some fun stuff at the market.

Happy Birthday Grandpa & Grandma

Grandpa's birthday was last Wednesday and Grandma's is on Tuesday and we partied in style.






I think Grandma thought her cake was lame!

We also took Papa Marymere Falls. It wasn't flowing as fast as when were there in the Spring, but it was great weather and great company.

Bowling with Papa

We took Papa to family bowling while he was here and he smoked us! We had lots of fun. We were the only family that showed up while we were there so we had the whole place to ourselves!

Canning Peaches

My friend, Julie, and her boys came with a box of peaches and 12 cups of plum juice. They left with 14 jars of canned peaches and 14 jars of plum jelly. Dad helped with the peaches and the kiddos, he just didn't make it into the pictures. Thanks Dad

Chuck E Cheese

We went to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate Sydney's birthday with her friends. She had a great time and even got a gold medal. We took it off to go to bed last night and it was the first thing she put on when she got up. Saul was a little nervous when Chuck made his appearance, but thankfully he could sit with Papa - his new best friend.

Baking Bread

Matt bought me a bread maker. Yes I'm spoiled. So here is a picture of our first loaf. I had Syd and Saul photography take the pictures.

Super Heros have invaded.....

We have two new super heros living at our house....Super Saully and Doc Sydney (very creative names, I know)

Grandma and Grandpa sent Saul a book on how to be a super hero and he loves flying around the living room with his cape on!

Meet Winston Churchill and Rosa Parks

Here are the two newest members of our family! The kids love to feed them (3 times a day) and Saul just likes to sit and hold him! It's so cute he sits at the table and puts his hands around the bowl. I'm a little bit nervous about the day they die, which is terrible to think about since we just got them. We just watched Charolette's web on Sat night and Sydney cried very hard when Charolette died. She pretty much cried herself to sleep that night! Yikes!
