This is a good one. We were sitting on the couch and a little fly flew by and was irritating her so I grabbed it out of the air and squashed it. SHe says, "did you kill it?" I said, "Yes."

Syd says, "You're not supposed to kill God's creatures." So I said, "Sorry" and she says,

Batman Brownies

Uncle Michael's birthday in on the week count down. We decided to make some treats for him since he's living in a hotel room for the next few months. Hopefully it will make it a little more "homey" for him. I've included some pictures to be "artsy." I learned this technique from my good friend, Julie!

Matt got a first hand look at gymnastics. So I got to stand back and take pictures. The viewing area is a balcony so the color isn't that great, but you can get an idea of what happens.

Welcome Home Daddy

We finally got to take our welcome home picture. Matt took a fishing adventure down in Oregon. Today was the first full day at home for him since Oct. Now what?

In honor of our last patrol we decided to have a big sign for homecoming. Since I'm the worst artist ever I asked Auntie Amber to write on the sheet for us while she was here. This way he'll actually be able to read it. Now I just look forward to the day when we can hang it and he can see it.!
