Monday Night Fish Fry -

Saul came into the kitchen yesterday and told me how bored he was so I put him to work. As you can see from the pictures I don't think he minded. I don't like getting my fingers all "fishy" but Saul LOVED it. I wish you could hear his little giggle. Not only is he a master fish breader he inhaled a whole fillet and half of Sydney's at dinner. I do have to say it was some pretty good tilapia.

I told him flour first (just a light dusting) as you can see he lightly dusted the countertop as he flopped down the first piece of fish.
